This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Warriors collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use ArbiHunt on iOS, Android, and the web (arbihunt.com). By using ArbiHunt, you agree to the practices described here.
About ArbiHunt and This Policy
ArbiHunt (the "Service"), built by Digital Warriors ("we," "us," or "our"), is an information tool that scans around 23 cryptocurrency exchanges and ranks arbitrage opportunities by estimated net profit. ArbiHunt does not execute trades, hold or transfer funds, connect to your exchange accounts to act on your behalf, or provide financial advice.
This page informs you about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use the Service. If you choose to use ArbiHunt, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy. We use the personal information we collect to provide and improve the Service, and we will not use or share your information with anyone except as described here.
ArbiHunt is freemium: a free tier is available to everyone, and an optional paid PRO subscription unlocks additional features. The Service is provided "as is."
Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use, unless otherwise defined here. This policy should be read together with that document and our Community Guidelines.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
To give you a better experience, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and password — for example, when you create an account. The information we request is retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy: primarily to provide and improve the Service, operate your account, process subscriptions, communicate with you, keep the Service secure, and meet our legal obligations.
We also rely on third-party services that may collect identifying information — see "Third-Party Services" below.
Account Information
When you create an ArbiHunt account, we collect and store the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and password (stored in a protected form). This information is held in a cloud database. We use it to authenticate you, operate your account, provide customer support, and communicate with you about the Service, including service-related notices.
Community Chat
The web app and account include a community chat where users can interact. Messages, usernames, profile details, and other content you post in the community are visible to other users and are processed so we can operate, display, store, and moderate the chat in line with our Community Guidelines. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or account information — such as wallet seed phrases, API keys, or passwords — in community messages, as content posted there can be seen by others.
Subscriptions and Payments
ArbiHunt offers an optional PRO subscription. If you subscribe through an in-app purchase, billing is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and we typically receive confirmation of your subscription status rather than your full payment details. If you pay with cryptocurrency where that option is offered, the relevant transaction information is processed by a third-party crypto payment provider to confirm your payment. We use this information only to provide, verify, and manage your PRO access, and to keep records required for accounting, tax, and anti-fraud purposes.
Usage and Device Information
When you use the Service, we and our third-party providers may automatically collect information about how you interact with ArbiHunt, including the features you use, your preferences and filter settings, and basic analytics events. This helps us understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
Log Data
Whenever you use the Service — particularly if an error occurs in the app — we collect data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the Service, the time and date of your use, and other statistics. We use Log Data to diagnose problems, monitor and maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
Third-Party Services
ArbiHunt uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These providers are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. The app may use services such as those listed below.
| Service | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play Services | Core app functionality on Android | |
| AdMob | Advertising | |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Analytics | |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash and error reporting | |
| App Store in-app purchases | Apple | Subscription billing |
| Google Play in-app purchases | Subscription billing | |
| Crypto payment provider | Third-party processor | Cryptocurrency subscription payments |
The exact set of third-party services we use may change over time as we add, remove, or replace providers. We will keep this section reasonably current.
Advertising
ArbiHunt may display advertising, including through services such as Google AdMob, to help support the free tier. Advertising partners may collect or receive information from the app and may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, including in some cases personalized ads. These partners are governed by their own privacy policies. Where required, you can manage advertising preferences through your device settings or the relevant provider's controls.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and stored on your device's internal memory.
The Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app and website may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies and similar technologies to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to accept or refuse these cookies and to know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Service.
How We Share and Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described in this policy, including in these circumstances:
- Service providers. With the third-party companies and individuals described under "Service Providers" below, who process information on our behalf.
- Payment and store partners. With Apple, Google, and our crypto payment provider, as needed to process and verify subscriptions.
- Within the community. Content you post in the community chat is shared with other users by design.
- Legal and safety. Where we reasonably believe disclosure is required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of ArbiHunt, our users, or the public, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of the Service that these third parties have access to their personal information in order to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
International Data Transfers
ArbiHunt operates globally, and the providers we use may store and process information in countries other than the one in which you live. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps intended to ensure it is treated securely and in line with this policy.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or anonymize it. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will handle it as described under "Your Rights and Choices," subject to any records we are required or permitted by law to retain.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information, so we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. These measures may include, where appropriate, encryption of data in transit, access controls on our cloud database, and protections for stored credentials. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Links to Other Sites
The Service may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. We therefore strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Your Rights and Choices
You can access and update much of your account information directly within ArbiHunt. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under applicable law, which may include the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete your account and associated personal information ("right to be forgotten");
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information;
- Withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent; and
- Data portability, where applicable.
Deleting Your Account and Data
You may request that we permanently delete your ArbiHunt account and associated personal data at any time. To do so, manage your account in the app where that option is available, or contact us or email contact@arbihunt.com with your request. We will action your request within a reasonable time, subject to any information we are required or permitted by law to retain (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes). Note that content you have posted publicly in the community chat may persist in copies or quotations by other users even after deletion.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page or at contact@arbihunt.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry-wide standard for how to respond to such signals, and the Service does not currently respond to them differently. Third-party services integrated into ArbiHunt may handle these signals according to their own policies.
Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action. Some jurisdictions set a higher minimum age; where that applies, you must meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Not Financial Advice
ArbiHunt provides data and information only. Nothing in the app or on this website is, or should be treated as, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or other asset. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, and arbitrage opportunities can change or disappear quickly; data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, funds, and compliance. For the full risk disclosures and limitations of liability, see our Terms of Use, and for background on how net profit is estimated, see our Knowledge Base.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are therefore advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
This policy is effective as of 2023-04-02 and was last updated on 2026-06-17.
